Delete your Sports Portal account and personal data, or request a copy of it. You do not need to be signed in.
Already signed in? The fastest route is your Privacy Centre — downloads are instant and deletion takes two clicks.
Use the form below if you have lost access to your account, or prefer not to sign in.
This form covers the Sports Portal mobile app (Android package ca.vancouverjamaat.sports) and the website at sports.vancouverjamaat.ca, both operated by Vancouver Jamaat — Sports Portal. Deleting your account removes your data from both.
We would rather be precise than reassuring, so here is exactly what happens to each category of data.

| Date of birth, gender | Permanently erased | After 14 days |
| Direct messages, team chat, comments | Permanently deleted | After 14 days |
| Friendships, notifications, push tokens | Permanently deleted | After 14 days |
| Training logs, goals, availability, endorsements | Permanently deleted | After 14 days |
| Match scores, tournament results, standings | Kept, with your name removed | Indefinitely, anonymised |

| Record that you requested deletion | Kept (proof of compliance) | 7 years |
Why match results stay. A match is a shared record. If we deleted your side of it, your opponent's win/loss history would silently change and tournament brackets other members rely on would break. Instead we strip your identity from those records — your entries become "Deleted Player" and cannot be traced back to you.
Deletion is permanent. Once the grace period ends we can no longer identify your account, so we cannot restore it.
We complete every request within 30 days and never charge a fee, as required by PIPEDA, GDPR, and PIPA.
If the form does not work for you, email sports@vancouverjamaat.ca from the address on your account and tell us what you would like us to do. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request made by email.
Unhappy with our response? You can complain to a privacy regulator — the options are listed in section 11 of our Privacy Policy.
